evasi0n jailbreak update 1/4/2013
I was able to jailbreak my iPhone 4 without any problems. In the initial Cydia boot, iOS 6 UI was still there, after it updated, iOS 7 goodness! (Be patient)
It looks like Winterboard was updated with iOS 7 support, as I was able to install it. After the Reboot, I was not able to see any icon for Winterboard in springboard but you can access it through the settings app.
( A respring brought the winterboard icon back) I was also able to install a theme, at least the icons. I haven't encountered any bugs, pretty much the same thing like the previous iOS jalibreaks. Just reporting my findings in case you want to jailbreak, you assume the risk.
